With initial contact with new clients we conduct an on-site visit to discuss your needs free of charge and if permitted a site audit. We then supply our new clients with the site audit and our recommendations moving forward.
Our approach is to provide vendor-independent advice for client initiated projects, new products information as these products come to market and a balanced assessment of new technology.

On-site & Remote Support
We offer on-site, remote and monthly billed support services. With our 15 years experience in the information technology and communications industry we provide support for a wide range of products and services.
•On-site: We provide on-site support services around the Melbourne metropolitan area, as well as selected areas of country Victoria. If your requirement is urgent please call 0419 308 036, otherwise please feel free to contact us using our feedback form.
•Remote: To ensure that we can provide immediate support and of course when permitted by our clients we ensure that we have secure remote access to our clients servers to assist with troubleshooting. We also provide free telephone support to our existing customers.
•Packaged hours: We provide packaged hours for on-site urgent and non-urgent support. We offer significant discounts to our usual rates to those clients who purchase support hours in bulk.
