Keynote Speakers
For SASP 2011, we are pleased to announce the following distinguished speakers:- Professor Paul Rozin. Professor Rozin is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and will deliver the Keynote Address. He is a member of the Society of Experimental Psychologists, has twice been a fellow at the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences, was a visiting Scholar for Phi Beta Kappa, and a Visiting Scholar for one year at the Russell Sage Foundation. He is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and a recipient of the American Psychological Association Distinguished Scientific Contribution Award for 2007. He was also a founding director of the Solomon Asch Center for the Study of Ethnopolitical Conflict.

- Dr. Karen Gonsalkorale, University of Sydney, “The challenges and rewards of postdoctoral positions”
- Dr. Rebecca Pinkus, University of Western Sydney, “Preparing your Academic CV”
- Dr. Cassandra Govan, Sweeney Research, “Life after a PhD - working in market and social research”
As there are a limited number of places available for people to attend the workshops, we ask that postgraduate students register quickly to ensure they can participate in the workshops.
The postgraduate workshops will be held at Macquarie University (more information coming soon). Refreshments provided. Macquarie University campus is serviced by rail and bus (approximately 30 minutes from the CBD).
