Novotel Sydney Manly Pacific is nestled perfectly to enjoy the very best of the Australian lifestyle.  It is located directly opposite Manly Beach and only 15 minutes from Sydney's CBD by Manly Fast Ferry, or a leisurely 30 minutes by Ferry. For those less familiar with Australia, Manly is a northern suburb of Sydney, New South Wales. The climate in Sydney during April is very comfortable, with moderate temperatures and generally clear weather, which make outdoor activities enjoyable.

The room rate offered to delegates is $259.00 twin share per night and includes a full buffet breakfast for two; alternatively single share accommodation is available for $239.00 per night and includes a full buffet breakfast for one. Getting there:

The conference venue is easily accessible from either the domestic or international airports via train/ferry (see below for instructions) or taxi. The taxi trip is approximately 30 minutes and costs around $80. There is car parking available at the hotel for $18 per day.

Instructions for Sydney Airport to Manly via train/ferry

There are two train stations at Sydney Airport. One is below the Domestic Passenger Terminals (T2 & T3) and the other is below the International Passenger Terminal (T1) - see each location at http://www.airportlink.com.au/location.html:
  1. Purchase a combined train and ferry ticket to Manly at either the Sydney Airport Domestic or Sydney Airport International Train Station. You may wish to purchase a Sydney Pass or Travel Pass. These tickets are available at Airport Link ticket offices. Follow the signs down to the trains from the airport terminal and catch the train to Circular Quay station. The train ride takes about 20 minutes.   2. On arrival at Circular Quay Station make your way down the stairs and out towards the ocean side of the station. Note the Harbour Bridge and Opera House in the distance. Make your way to Wharf 3 and take the ferry to Manly. The journey through Sydney harbour takes about 30mins and lands you at the Manly Wharf, in the heart of Manly.
